When you order and pay for over 400 meters of premium decking timber it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that 4 to 5 metre lengths are required. Not just say they have them and one payed for deviver short lengths. The longest being 3 meters. Then to be told there are long lengths followed by being told the next day there isn't. Dan the employee should go get a fruit picking job

Very cheeky marketing on there price markers. Looks like 5 but you have to look very closely to see the rest. By the time you get to the checkout, you buy it anyway.

Great store for its; - range of products. - variety of brands. - reasonable pricing, - tidy, appealing store and, - friendly staff. One area that could be improved, in my opinion, is the helpfulness of staff. I asked, 3 different staff members, the whereabouts of a 'toilet plunger' and only the 3rd person was able to show me where it was. I recall being a checkout operator, a few moons ago, and we were tested weekly on product knowledge and the specials. We also directed, accompanied or went and got what the customer wanted. To be fair, it's not a product that you buy on the regular I'll probably be back at Bunnings during this Christmas period and may get to change my rating to 5 stars.

Prefer to visit this store rather than the one at Wairau Park which is closer to home. I find the staff more knowledgeable about their products, and helpful to recommend another store if they don't have what I am looking for. Easy to find, just off the Constellation Drive motorway off-ramp with ample free parking. The staff keep the grounds clean, trolleys collected and signage in good order.

Worst Bunnings I've experienced so far. Example, sorry we don't have anyone to help you in the plumbing department on Saturdays. They didn't even attempt trying to help. Overall, don't go there on a weekend as they have mostly students working who have no real clue. They do have competent staff but they only work during core hours on weekdays.

I am giving 5 star just because of one person,. Kade is amazing man, helped so so much, i liked your positive mood and i will find solution to help you attitude. I been in many many Bunnings shops but never seen service like this. Keep it up
