I have to say, nicest service I've ever gotten from any burger fuel ever. I think my servers name was Ahana. So sweet and helpful recommending the perfect burgers and sides for us. She has a bright future.

I nearly always the same favourite burger but this time I tried a new special but I'm going back to my favourite again it was nice but not as nice as my original one
Kinda disappointed! I ordered for a vegetarian burger which was good but the price could've been better. The wait time was ridiculous given I was made to wait for 20 mins and had to walk up to the counter 2-3 times to follow up on my order. It was not at all a busy day. The staff were friendly and trying their best but seemed to be struggling for some reason. I think overall customer service can definitely improve along with wait time and prices. Ambience etc is okay but can be so much better given the location.
