Hi everyone sharing my review of Cacci in Ellerslie. Firstly I didn't know what to expect once I opened the door. It was that welcoming feeling the questions I needed to know was "What do you do" may sound duh!! to you but those words meant a lot to me. Wow, I had my first treatment that day within 1/2 hr I felt light full of energy and so refreshing. Be pampered is all you need. The faculty are brilliantly incredible they do care not just for woman men to. Financial time plan yes easy simple is for me. Cacci thank you

Posting for a friend: I had booked in for a micro-dermabrasion (3rd time here), once entering the room and lying down, I informed the therapist that I had been in the sun and my skin was dry. She informed me that she wouldn't do micro today then and in fact she would do something else that would be just as good - this annoyed me, first of all - I would like to be ASKED if I wanted to try a something new, not just assume and start doing it. My preference would have been to return in a few weeks time and stick with getting micro. I like to know exactly what I am spending my money on because these things aren't cheap, but felt rushed into this. I am an awkward person and I tend to go along with things though - so I did. Then, when she proceeded to start the facial, which took 30 mins, for about 25 mins of what I expected to be a relaxing end to my day - she loudly went on to tell me that in fact I NEED to buy this, that and the other to rejuvenate my skin etc. I actually have lovely skin, and I had told her apart from the odd dry spell I am happy with the products I use. I understand its their job to upsell etc but to have been barked at about different products for the entire length of my facial was just the last thing I wanted. Then when I walked out of the room, she planted the product in my hand and told me 'this is the one you need and this is the other'. Does this lady know what I earn? I am not just going to drop 400 dollars on products that have only been on my face for literally 10 minutes - I have no idea how my skin will find these? Pushy, pressure and not relaxing.

Over promised and undelivered. Caci Ellerslie have kept charging me and booking me in for hair removal appointments when the laser and electrolysis are simply not working. Why did one of the nurses not just sit me down and say this is not working for you, we can't help? I have had to initiate the call and cancel my whole plan over the phone with the snobby receptionist who advised me to "go see a doctor". Wow? Just extremely poor service after months and months of being juggled around with nurses who were saying they could see good results. Then all of a sudden I have paid 1000 off my plan and I'm told its not working for me?? What a disgrace. I just wouldn't recommend this place at all. All they see is dollar signs. Please do your research and look into other avenues before you resort to this level of care.
