After googling whereabouts in Central Auckland I can get Botox done for my frown lines. Found Caci in High street, although Vanessa is not a doctor but I m fine with an experienced registered nurse :) There are no consultation fee or minimum fee charged as some clinics do. So you just pay according to how many units injected :) Vanessa is super friendly n beautiful n she does the job Well :) Great advise! No hard Sell. Nice and comfortable place n they have other services, like facial etc will go back for more :)

I recently visited this Clinic where i was booked in for the Hydradermabrasion cleansing Treatment. I was welcomed with a warm greeting. The staff were very friendly and well presented especially in their PPE gear due to Covid-19. The treatment itself was good. my skin felt great... Nearly a week on and my skin still feels and looks great. Overall good experience and would recommend this clinic. Thank you team.
2nd visit and booked in for my 3rd - love the gals at caci high st :) Bec is an amazing therapist and sure knows her stuff! As well as Rebecca Caci high street treatment consultant!
THE WORST AND MOST IRRESPONSIBLE RIP-OFF CLINIC I first went there 2 weeks ago to treat my gummy smile with botox (a really simple and quick procedure). I was told that the botox would correct my smile in at least 80% and then I would see the full effect in 14 days. It's been 2 weeks now and I couldn't see ANY DIFFERENCE AT ALL. Searching online about it, I found out that there are 3 muscles responsible for the smile and there is a point, called the Yonsei point, which is the junction of these muscles. The botox must be applied at this point in order to fix a gummy smile. However, the nurse applied it up to my nose and that's why the botox didn't work. Also, because this muscle alone is weaker, the treatment would last only 1-3 months instead of 4-8 months like any other botox procedure. I went there today and the nurse who treated me told me that the muscle that she hit doesn't work in 20% of the clients, which means that she knew that was 20% chance of didn't work at all - and nobody there ever said that before. She agreed that it didn't have any result (because they take a picture before the treatment to compare) and she said the only that she could do was to recommend another clinic since she wasn't trained to apply the botox in the Yonsei point. So, besides being unprepared to do the procedure and offering it anyway, the caci clinic didn't refund the 80 that I spent for nothing. Incapable professionals and a disrespectful clinic. Do not go there. ps. I read the whole contract and it doesn't say in any place that it has a chance of not working at all, so I'll look up for legal ways to sue the clinic.
This is a lovely environment with amazing staff. Sarah was professional and guided me through my treatment. This was the first time I had had appearance medicine and I have been so impressed with the outcome and the follow up that I have received. parking was easy in the carpark opposite. Thank you for being so professional and giving and old face a new lease of life.
I love coming into Caci High St for my regular treatments. The girls are friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in the doors. I always leave feeling fresh and confident with my skin, so thank you.
