Terrible experience. Purchased the Monitor and supposed to receive in 2-4 weeks. after 4 weeks they said supplier (Asus) can't make it for more 2 months and that's it. I already missed other new year deals and they don't want to give me the matching deal with other product they already have and only give their option (with higher price) or Refund. Don't trust them at all. ----\u003e Response to their Reponse: They're completely liar. the story is this: - They promised to send the monitor in 2-4 weeks. - After 4 weeks they said Asus can't make it. - I said ok provide it the same from another seller. - They said it's not possible and I said ok - give me the Samsung one you already have which is almost same price - they said it's much more higher and we can't. - I've paid 661.12 for the Asus and they said samsung is 610GST. checking the PBTech now and it's 599 GST without deal (they had until yesterday so was cheaper). - so they asked for more 58 to send the Samsung to me. What I only said that you're responsible for the timeframe you promised. if Asus break its promise it's not my fault. I already missed other deals because of you and your promise I shouldn't lose money because you can't provide the product you promissed... other can judge...
