Very disappointed to see that we were served cold waffles from the supermarket this morning, instead of the fresh waffle you guys usually make. We think your buisness would benefit from a little bit of honesty towards your customers. We would have gladly ordered something else.
Exactly what I would expect from cafe breakfast. All day breakfast and a lunch menu so there were plenty of options. They have gluten free and vegetarian options. Food and drink was good. We got the Amzy Breakfast, Eggs Benedict with bacon and a soy flat white. The food was good, the sausages were tasty and everything was well cooked. However, the tomato was a bit mushy, the hollandaise has an interesting and weak taste and the bacon was flavourless. They have a big selection of waffles that I’d be keen to try. We wanted to order a smoothie but they said they use syrups rather than fruit except some have banana in them. They have indoor and outdoor covered seating. We used an entertainment voucher which received a discount on the bill. Even without a discount the prices are super reasonable.

Terrible Service. My family and I used to enjoy going to Amzy until I made a small request to have the tomatoes in the omelette lightly cooked. They usually serve the tomato raw. The chef refused and told me to order something else. He sent the waitress out to tell me he said it wouldn’t look nice which is ridiculous because it’s folded inside the omelette where it can’t be seen. I have IBS and struggle with raw foods. It was a small request that would not have been difficult to implement.
What I like is that they don't skimp on fries. The Amazing burger was really good but the fries are something else.... crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, really tasty. Big thumbs up from me for the food.
Great to be back for the Omelette, never disappoints.
