Had delicious lunch at Cafe Hanoi. Wonderful Vietnamese food - light, very tasty and fresh. Staff did the ordering and came up with a delicious selection. The ambience is stylish with great colors. Staff are dedicated and clearly interested in what they do. A definite place for business as well as meeting up with friends. A must go and a credit to Auckland as an international city.

The cocktails were amazing, the service was excellent, but the food was only all right.
Went for a birthday. Had a blast from the moment we walked in. Food was amazing, spectacular flavours, perfectly cooked and presented. A very cool space and great ambiance and staff. Heavenly! Personal favourites Shaking Beef and Lemongrass Tofu but everything was divine.
Edit to original five star review: the business really needs to clarify to customers about when they do takeaway service if at all now - so don't end up wasting time. Been here four times: First time got takeaway, Second time: sorry we don't do takeaway from staff - after one staff member already gave me the menu to select the order, Third time: we do takeaway and got the over 100 order filled no problem like the first time but Fourth time: sorry no we don't do takeaways. Not going back here until they clarify their take away service. Food is nice enough but don't appreciate the time wasted as there are equally good other places around Britomart with no ambiguity of their takeaway service.
Chose this restaurant for a late lunch and it did not disappoint. NZ Octopus is recommended. Totally lived up to its reputation as a top Auckland Eatery
I've visited many restaurants, It's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to this year. service is really nice and there are many people, but it's not crowded and the atmosphere is so good. I think the interior is chillingAnd I tried Vietnamese food for the first time today, it really suited my taste. The very delicious and soft crab was really delicious. The wagyu steak dish was really deliciousand I'm going to visit again next timeThank you for making a memorable day
The duck dish we ordered had a weirdly crunchy skin which kept me wondering if I’d missed a bone. The dessert was nowhere near as good as the chocolate maisonette marou dessert they used to do. Everything else was pretty good.
5 of us had dinner last night, and took their advice to share. It was great - delicious food and great service, really loved it. Also very impressed that they insist on everyone scanning the QR code before entering.
