Looked on Website which stated that Facilities are Open from 5:30am Today Good Friday 2021. Am currently sitting outside in Carpark of Facilities which are not open. I would suggest having accurate information on website. Have wasted time money and effort on more than one occasion. This is poor Management, inadequate information displayed on an "up to date" website. Very Amateur at best I feel that Circus is being "Run by the Clowns.

Swimming instructor changed the time of my son's swimming session without notifying us. Arrived at the session to be told he couldn't attend the class and that we had to come back. Spoke to the swimming instructor at reception to clarify session time, was abruptly told "we moved him to a different session, awesome bye". Very poor customer service- no apology, no ownership and just plain rude.

Facilities are great. The group fitness classes are great. Trainers are very supportive and will always offer alternative exercises if you have exisisting injuries. Great friendships are made here

I use it regularly thrice a week but found maintenance, housekeeping not up to standard. The bath areas/ walls are slimy and the pool, needs cleaning.. over the past 6-8 months there has been a decline

A very convenient place to experience the swimming pool & sauna. Sadly, there are usually too many people. The gym is a little bit old.

Swim school is average. We did have different swim instructors for most lessons which isn't ideal but i'm assuming that's because of the high turnover of workers there. My only concern is that i'm disappointed with the communication on your end, had my daughter booked in for swimming lessons prior to first lockdown thus not being able to complete the lessons paid for. I did visit in person after first lockdown to organise a suitable time and day for my daughter and was told I would receive a call in regards to redeeming the lessons owed when swim school is back up and running - to which I did not. In regards to this months have passed. I have had no contact from the swim school since rescheduling these lessons. Only to be told today after I contacted them via phone call that there were “multiple emails sent out” to which I did not receive and that it is too late to redeem now as they have expired. The last email i received 09/06 mentioned "no lessons operating". Unfortunately, they have relied on emails that people may or may not receive and do not phone customers themselves which is absurd seeing we give them all our contact details for this exact reason. My advice is for you to use all sources of contact for your customers in future to avoid this happening again, as it is really unfortunate for my daughter, myself and my wallet. Kia ora :)

Great pool but in need of a refresh and renovation.
