Love love love canton Cafe. I have been a regular customer when I come to Auckland since 2009. Food is delicious, comes to the table fast and there is a big variety.

Canton cafe has been consistent with their food. We regularly order the king prawns shell off never ever disappointed.

Cool restaurant that has become a staple of the BYO crowds in central Auckland. An extensive menu with all the classics for Cantonese cuisine at a high quality. The plates are designed for sharing and the prices are reasonable considering the corkage is only 2.50. Best enjoyed with a group of friends, excessive drinking and good yarns.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I felt this was necessary. I ordered the vegetarian fried noodle expecting a reasonable amount of vegetables but there were none at all. 18 for noodles with nothing but sauce.They also don’t allow you to split the bill which makes it hard on students, especially because none of us had the funds to pay for a dinner of 18 people on our own. We won’t be coming back unfortunately :(
