I wish I did my research on this company and read the reviews before placing my order. Like everyone else. I placed my order and it had said delivery would take a week. Ummm more like 3 weeks later! Plus I was going through the website and thought this store was based in NZ. Nope I was wrong. I didn’t know this til I got the email that it was dispatching from INDIA! I picked/paid for the good stuff too. So I hope I didn’t get ripped off! Don’t know what the quality of my printing and frame would be as this was sent as a gift. But please- don’t advertise false information on your website!

Horrendous quality. Ordered jigsaw. Colours are soo far off photo, pieces are extremely loose fit. Pieces were scratched and serveral snapped when it arrived. Box was smaller than the jigsaw and was taped down to try force all prices into the bulging box.
I have had a similar experience to the others posting reviews here. What appears to be a NZ company online, actually prints in India and shipping takes a lot longer than advertised. The print I ordered was supposed to be for Christmas, but it arrived after New Year's. We are happy with the end result, but I believe they purposefully mislead their customers into thinking they are based in New Zealand.
Ordered items for Christmas through what looked like a New Zealand print company. Have been waiting more than a month now, and from their tracking information looks like they are producing items in India and then shipping here. This was not clear at all on their website. Wasted my money on Christmas gifts which are currently sitting in Singapore the last few days.
Wanted to get a lamp for my dads birthday said they will be able to deliver it on the 5th and I paid extra for the quick delivery but they changed the date to the 10th and it seems like they are a New Zealand company BUT DONT FALL FOR IT THEY MAKE EVERYTHING IN INDIA THEN GET IT DELIVERED TO NZ
I ordered a photo lamp at the start of December to have it by Christmas Day for a present and did not receive it till early January. When I did receive it, the acrylic part of the lamp did not fit in the base of the lamp. Absolutely shocking service!!
USELESS COMPANY that I wasted money I could have spent on another company that does the same thing!!! - ETA & ETD for local delivery and as per advertisement on their website for orders is not accurate at all! They tend to be good at using the statement "because of the high demand of orders around the world", They shouldn't put delivery dates if they cannot guarantee local orders in NZ for local delivery!! Still waiting on my order confirmed 24.11.20 today 14.12.20
Despite claiming to ship domestically in NZ, my order was outsourced to India and did not arrive on time. Worst of all, they never bothered to communicate this to me. I had to request tracking info (which they did not provide initially). I then had to complain multiple times. Do not believe their website. The "guaranteed" shipping time is a lie. This is not a delay due to Covid, which is both understandable and expected. This is just another company lying to make money. Their website lists that they ship from all over NZ but does NOT indicate that your order may take 3-4x longer than their "guaranteed" delivery because it's cheaper for them.
