They have been amazing every time I’ve needed them. They always make time for urgent cases, they are caring and professional, and they go the extra mile. I had surgery recently and had trouble holding my dog when he got excited at the clinic - they held him for me and loaded him back into my car at the end of the visit. Those wee things put them above and beyond your average vet.

The staff here are some of the most amazing people I've met!! It's an extremely busy clinic and they give it their all to help your beloved pets. It's great that the vets here can see my cat as well as my birds and rabbit! Also one of the more affordable clinics!
My little kitten Milly only went to this vet a few times before she passed but I truly recommend. When Milly was ill they treated and comforted her really well I know she would have felt relaxed in her last days. Thank you to the team
Amazing: booked me in with little notice, my injured rabbit was seen by an obviously very experienced Vet Fiona and we have left with a clear diagnoses and simplistic treatment plans. Poles apart from the experience I had at my previous vet and half the price! Will be back here again 100%
Over the past year we have had to take our 20 year old cat to the vet regularly. CareVets Glen Eden were excellent, quality care and professional service. When the day came to say goodbye to our old girl, they sent her on her way so gently and with such kindness and compassion to our family.
Used to use these guys in the past. Rip off Vet clinic, prices are too high, staff are rude, they’re all about money making. Advised our bunnies jaw was broken? And she would never be able to eat solids again, took her for a second opinion to another vet and they filed her teeth and it’s been perfect! Oh, and her jaw isn’t broken too. Carevets quoted 200 for teeth trimming etc etc but the other vets did it for 25... Also for some reason every time we used to go there would be sick animals in the waiting area who would be getting put down..... which didn’t really help. Long story short, wouldn’t trust these guys, too expensive for no reason at all, just rubbish.
Wow.. don’t know why they are called care vets as they really didn’t CARE that my 12 week old puppie needed a parvo test done ASAP and they told me I would have to wait till the following day to do a 10min test..called auckland vet hospital around the corner and they went out of their way to organise a test right away at their Massey branch, would recommend taking your business to them instead as they actually cared even tho I wasn’t an existing customer.
