When my cat, due to his age, had to undergo a risky medical procedure during one of our recent lock downs, the vet went out of his way to make sure that they had a plan in place to counteract every risk that could come up. Needless to say my cat came through the op with no complications! I have been a client with them for a number of years and I have always found them to be caring and always ready to do their best to help your pets.

the Vets at Care Vets Te Atatu have always been excellent for me and my mini wire haired Dachshund Mitzi.....we have been going to them for over 6 years and i have always found them helpful informative and empathic.....Mitzi is getting on a bit now and having more problems with aging but these women are always prepared to go the extra mile with appointments having text reminders and calls even during the weekend to let us know test results....we are both gratefull for their care and expertise.....i cannot recommend them too highly!!!

The Vet's and Vet Nurses at Care Vets in Te Atatu were great when I visited with my unwell Kitten. I was reassured when there and also on what to do by the time I left. I didn't have to wait too long to see the Vet. Lastly the bill wasn't has much as I had thought it was going to be - so that was a bonus.

These guys are wonderful, friendly from when you phone to make an appointment and the care and attention you get for your pet. A follow up phone call was so unexpected but much appreciated. Couldn’t get any better than that.

CareVets Te Atatu have gracefully refunded us, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you. We took our cat here to check on two broken teeth, one of which was red and inflamed in the gums surrounding it. The vet said that it was all ok and that our cat would be fine, and to just feed him wet food. When we questioned him he brushed us off and said some cats have no teeth at all and are fine. We knew that something felt wrong so we took our cat to our old vet in the suburb we used to live in for a second opinion. It turned out that the canine that broke off is infected and that our cat needs the root extracted or his whole jaw will become badly infected. We're quite shocked that the vet at CareVets Te Atatu didn't pick up on this, especially as this issue would have caused much worse issues had it been left untreated. The vet nurses here are kind and awesome but we weren't impressed at all with the negligence of this vet and would not go here again.

I am extremely happy with the care and service provided by the staff at CareVets. They look after Poppet extremely well especially since she can be a demanding customer who doesn't really like going to the vet. They are understanding and caring. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

I was very scared and anxious for my pet cat who was going in for surgery. Care vets Te atatu explained the process from end to finish really well and put my mind at ease. They were quick to answer any questions i had and are still being helpful with anything post-op.
