I would really like to give out almost 5 stars for the tastiness but today I’ve got a problem. Just some minutes ago, I bought two combos of items and one of the burger breads has molds in it. I thought everything would be as just fresh as like how the bread does but unfortunately, it isn’t what it was like. Please MAKE SURE to check for the food items’ freshness. It is really disgusting to bite it in if I did not take a closer look when pulling that paper holder down on the burger. Just to make sure when I’ve purchased, 30/05/20, Saturday. So bad, the buns smelt and the meat did not taste good at all. The chips tasted like plastic and drink was flat with no taste. Worst Carl’s in Auckland.
Food was fresh and tasty. I like that they use real ice cream in their shakes but disappointed that they no longer use fresh whipped cream. Combos are very fillingand satisfying.
Great burger, Fast as we order 4 burger, took about 6-10 minutes wait. Tastes good. I order Memphis BBQ burger, Tate a bit sweet as what BBQ is supposed to do. Nothing wrong just not really my taste. Anyways, sum up, it's great place with nice burger and cool environment. I'll be back for another try.

Worst Carl's Jr store in New Zealand. Don't visit this store. My wife had a store credit due to previous food quality issues and they wouldn't honour it. Customer service is non existent and staff are rude and don't care about their jobs. Not a good way to run a business.
Incredibly poor service! Apparently staff are more interested in their phones than the customers paying their wages. Stood waiting while a staff member surfed her phone wasting the minutes until her break. Must be so tiring ignoring customers. Poor little thing
