Every single time have to park my car and wait for the order after going through the drive through. Even if its just fries. Kind of negates the purpose.

I would NOT recommend the vegetarian burger. It comes with one tiny tiny slice of tomato and I had to hunt for the lettuce, this is a-shame as the patty was nice. If it came with salad in the burger as advertised, it would of been good.
Definately a shadow of its former self. This store was awesome when it opened, salad bar n all. Now its dark n dingy and the quality of food was pretty average. Think it was better off staying a closed down pizza hut
Came by after work to grab a quick dinner. It wasn't packed but I had to wait a while before I could get someones attention to order. It seemed that they were making stuff in the back and the only person available was dealing with a drive through order. After ordering it took about 15-20 minutes to get my order of burger and shake. Went for takeaway but they did take the food out to you if you were eating in. Burger itself was quite nice but not large.
Everytime you go through the drive through it doesn't matter the time of day or how many people are in the restaurant you have to park and wait for your food, sometimes 5 minutes something 10 or more. Poor service for a 'fast' food chain.
Nice burgers but didn't hear order had to ask again
I like the beef burger and deal of Carl's Jr but they have provided me a wrong size of drink while deal clearly mentions "4 medium size drinks" & 4 medium fries. Sometimes I really get disappointed with their customer service :( I'd prefer having 35 dollars bundle rather than the deal.
