Bought carpet from carpet court 10 years ago and now we are looking for some replacement carpet. We understand you can't get the same carpet but some support would have been helpful. The lady just pointed to a section where we can match it and then she just walked back to her desk. We went to Giles Carpet down the road, way better customer service and helped to resolve our problem.
