Yuffie was a pleasure to do business with. She instilled my confidence with her product and procedure knowledge. She was efficient and left "no stone unturned". What a respectful lady who delivered on time and made a big job of my parents large houselot of flooring very easy. David also was polite, understanding and efficient with organising the installer. The result was amazing. A total pleasure to deal with honest and fair people. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional, my job got passed around to more than one person. Keeping in mind the holiday season, and everyone deserves a break from work. After numerous visits still no one got back to me and they didn't even have my quote on file. The person who wrote the quote walked into my house with his shoes on, no respect. Left to feel stereotyped and judged based on the income of the area where my rental property was. After getting a final cost over the phone that had sky rocketed all of a sudden by several thousands, no explanation was made. Absolutely disgusted, do not recommend at all.
