Firstly the receptionist are very rude and at times unprofessional. They double book the patients and not having enough doctors. It happens alot at this clinic. I have been registered since this clinic has opened and seriously thinking of changing my doctors to another clinic, where i feel comfortable and well looked after.

Receptionist is rude and hygiene needed. Doctor's do not listen to any of symptoms and requirements. Using Google to look up prescription medications. No response of tests done. Breaches of the privacy act 1993. When attending waiting area never has more than 1 to 2 patients. Was told consultation could be done outside at the back due to asking if my details could be documented separately to signing Trace contact sheet as it is due to a safety concern which causes myself anxiety.

Def the worst. Receptionist are rude and condescending. WORST customer service, and the communication is just UNBELIEVABLY the worst I’ve ever dealt with!! If you cannot afford to miss a day of certain prescriptions for health reasons, then run far away from here. You’ll thank me for it.

Seriously thinking of changing doctors, sort of a lack luster service and at times have to request doctors to carry out certain tests and also have to go private to have scans done and most importantly no one goes to the doctor's just to have fun so I think they need to take patients seriously.

Very un organize.. i booked in Friday they put Thursday, no reminder no nothing and feels like our fault no apologies either. Waste of time Go somewhere else
