They have paid me less than our wages each week for 4 weeks. Left us with 10s of thousands of dollars in bills still to pay. Told us on the 4th of April they won't cover us from the 31st of March due to Covid, leaving me 2 days to to apply for a wage subsidy so my staff could be paid. Have proved to them we could still be operating as an essential service at level 4 and still haven't heard from them. Now level 3 and still haven't heard from them. Staff are thankful to the government for the wage subsidy, without it 15 people would be without a job. Still haven't paid for our lost stock. Still haven't confirmed if we are covered despite asking for confirmation by Wednesday the 8th of April. Don't get involved with AIG, I have lost all confidence in this place, especially when you speak to brokers and their eyes roll when you mention the 3 letters AIG

Located at the heart of the city the building is clean and tidy and has plenty of different offices. A small cafeteria at the first floor serves hot drinks and snacks during office hours.

8Nov16 Typical high rise tower commercial building. Main entrance on Shortland Street (of course) and another one on Chancery Street. Plenty of fast lifts. Cafe on first floor with standing tables and tall chairs plus many breakout low-tables and squabs.

Been ringing trying to get information about claim, to no end the people on the call line are never helpful and end up hanging up with no results

Don't waste your time and go to another insurer. Called ASB Bank to insure my home in Stokes Valley. ASB advises they are brokers for AIG and that AIG do not want to insure new homes in Wellington region. ASB could have told me that straight away based on the house location but choose to ask other questions about the home anyway.
