While the staff are trying, there are long wait times. Even if just dropping off a sample, staff force you to take a card and line up at the back of the queue. If you can avoid this location, it's best to go elsewhere.

I see that there are quite a few negative reviews of this Labtests location. I am sharing my experience. I came to Labtests at 8am on a Friday. This location opens early at 7am, and I was the only one there at the time. There are entrances to the building on both Queen st and Lorne st. When you walk in you need to approach the reception desk and grab a card with a barcode and number on it, scan the barcode and take a seat. When it is your turn your number will be called. Being the only one there, a staff member came out shortly after I sat down. I handed her my barcode and my paperwork. I am not very experienced with blood tests but mine went fine I think. The lady asked me questions about allergies to latex, any history of fainting when having bloods taken etc. The blood drawing went fast and was not very painful (Though it was sore when she removed the needle). Overall my experience was quick and efficient. No complaints from me.

Don’t go here! Go to different branch instead. Very rude staff!!! The Philippine lady who took blood sample is very rude and doesn’t even know the meaning of customer service. She should stay at the back area as she’s not fit in the front. No wonder some comments here are referring to Philippine staff being rude! Change and train your staff on how to deal and care with patients. Philippine staff are just chit-chatting around.

Rude receptionist. Hello Lab Test, I do hope you read the reviews. The women at the counter shouted at a man who has some issues with his stomach. She raised her voice that the whole clinic could hear. For any reasons, front office staff (at least) should be calm, friendly to customers. I could see the man repeatedly asked some questions and being rejected unfriendly. The incident happened at 10AM 20-Nov-2020 Look forward to your customer service improvement Regards
