Great Internet been with them for about a year now. Just recently moved house and had some issues with connecting fiber. Managed to get my issue solved thanks to the friendly and helpful team. But I feel like they need more staff as the wait times to get to talk to someone was pretty long.

This is hands down the best company I've ever used for Internet! We've recently moved and there was zero delay upon move in. Switching houses was easy, payments are easy, the connection is always flawless. We've had issues with cable placement prior to them taking over our property and they had the issue resolved and chorus there in less than 48 hours. Would definitely recommend over so many other providers!
Started off so well with great speed and absolutely great service...sadly over the last year the service got worse and worse. We had constant issues with them declining our automatic-payments, and then writing to us like we did something wrong, forcing us to keep calling them up and have them re-attempt the payment, which off-course miraculously always went through then - They blamed our bank and 'the timing of the transaction' for this and told us 'to take it or leave it'. We chose to 'leave it' and changed providers, not that they care in the least.
Internet WiFi speeds are terrible, the modem/router they offer is a paperweight, i measured 11.8 meters from my laptop to the modem/router. They tried suggesting that my brand new 4400 laptop was the issue. Also no signal on my TV, Playstation and other devices from 11.8 meters away going through one plasterboard wall. Do yourself a favor and stay TF away from them!
I work here. If you could see just how awesome the people are and how close we are you'd understand why our customers love dealing with us.
Amazing provider that has real people answer the phone who genuinely care and want to help not like other cough (vodafone) that have out of country call centres

Stuff-Fibre amazing service and the people you talk to know their stuff, even though they are a sister company of Orcon, Slingshot and Flip I like how they are seperate and still keep that small customer service vibe, @Stuff-fibre never loose that please. The speeds are fantastic anyone with speed issues it's highly likely its the modem they provide, it's not the best so invest in a good fibre modem and gigabit wifi and you will be absolutely fine. Keep it real @Stuff-Fibre
