A nightmare even just to apply for loan take ages to get back and are very rude! Dont recommend dealing with have gone elsewhere and got a easy fast loan approved
The start of the finance is very nice and easy, all made in a way that you can imagine. I made a request for income protection and the did not include it. When I saw the contract that I signed in between was the box ticked by someone else. Have proof of the email requesting from the beginning. Recently I requested I full amount sum for payment and they send it to me after a massive argument. Have to chance down for it. Once I received I paid in full and requested a GST and they said they don't do, . Staff members over the line are absolutely rude and love to over talk when you make a question. I tried to keep my calm but today I gave them a hard time to understand , if a costumer asking for simple duties, it is absolutely disgusting, I'm still waiting for a confirmation of a payment of 27 I in less than a year since the contract and they could not be bothered to reply a simple email. Now I understand why thing go south for those companies, bad training staff and bad manners of workers.

Thanks ALLOT CFS Finance Thanks To Leah & Mary WONDERFUL & FRIENDLY STUFF . CFS can be harsh at times with payment arrangements but they try and work something out so both parties are happy with the outcome in the end. Interest rate is fairly reasonable but as soon as you fall behind on your car payments. It can be a bit of a struggle? But CFS Finance will always try to help you and work something out for you!
Friendly service, however a simple account change should be an easy, straightforward process over the phone. Now I need to go all the way to the bank and get a written confirmation of the change of account, and send a written request. It's annoying and time consuming. If the customer can be checked on their personal details for security, what's the problem?
