Fast friendly customer service. I am very satisfied with my purchase items especially to that man in first aid for taking his time to check stocks in the computer and manage to find some at the back also to those ladies in skin care and vitamins. You guys are superstars and i appreciate all your effort!

Lots of different products for health and wellness. Could possibly get products on sale, but when I was there, their price and the price you can get the same product from a supermarket does not have that much of a difference. Nonetheless, great place for all your health and wellness needs.

Store could be bigger, but all CW are pretty cramped. Hard to find staff for service sometimes. 4 stars only because I love the range of products and good deals!

Shocking customer service!! I was politely asking her one of the common product while she’s arranging stock on shelf and I couldn’t believe she gave me “POKER FACE” and unfriendly gesture about the product and walk away without asking if I need more help. So I walk to her again asking, is that the only brand? She look at me second time “POKER FACE” and rudely answer YES, THAT THE ONLY BRAND and look away!! The store was pretty quiet at the time. If she does not like help customers, she shouldn’t be working in customer service area. Perhaps just not the right job for her. Another gesture for Chemist Warehouse management, if the staff do not know product knowledge, just honest tell the truth rather lied in front of customer or ask for help from another staff who know product range well. I believe this is come with training from management team indeed need it. I am not so sure if worth to write all this, the management never response any of reviews.
