Much nicer staff and a far, far better customer experience than Botany Town Centre which I'm just down the road from. I'll be going to Flat Bush from now on because 1/. Click & Collect 2/. I'm not made to feel like cattle in yard! Great work team!

Had visited at 2.40pm on 13 March 2021 waited 15 mins for staff help me to get parfume but no one come around so I'd ask counter staff to send someone to help me but wait another 15 mins no one came so I'd go some where else... so disappointed... how can you run the business but short on staff...

Compare to other Chemist Warehouse, this store layout is quite large, not as cram as those in Botany or Manukau for a smaller store, yet offer equal variety of products. Staff are also very friendly, it is now become my go-to store.

We love coming here for a lot of vitamins, supplements and quarantine items when we're bored LoL... and look for items that not, in other places, more selection here and friendly staff who take you and your requirements serious.
