Love this place. Heaps of good specials. Staff are always welcoming with a ready smile. Easy parking at different times i visited. Fast meds pick up & its FREE.

Here today for one item. Clean and tidy. Security on the door. Tiny ile space not much room to move past other shoppers. Free prescriptions and good check out service. Loads of parking easy to enter and exit. I'll be back. Didn't see their opening hours but I know they're 7 days.9

Called in to Chemist Warehouse Glenn Innes today. Wanted to buy some after shave and deodorant products. Was put off from spending money there as the security guard made is extremely obvious he was watching me. I had been working outside in my garden so was just wearing my track pants, tank top and sandshoes so I assume I must have been profiled. I work retail and understand shop lifting is a big problem for retailers but please do not make it so damn obvious its annoying and please don't just a book by its cover that's short sighted.

This is my experience ordering from CW online. Don't.. It's extremely slow you'll be lucky to get it within a week. Every online order I've made I have had to email them 3 days after order is still processing before they do anything.

NOT HAPPY. They use online shopping as a way of getting rid of nearly expired stock and when you try to ring them, they don't even answer the phone. I purchased quite a bit of different supplements and a bottle of sunscreen online. They all came in with very short expiry dates, and there's no way I would use them within this very short time. I rang CW GI branch several times but the phone doesn't even pickup. This is just plain dishonest and unethical and I'll be lodging a complaint with the Commerce Commission. I'll never order from CW again, but instead will be using Bargain Chemist or Pharmacy Direct and some other local pharmacies for just as competitive prices and much better customer services.
