Child Cancer Foundation is there from the day of diagnosis, providing much needed help and support through treatment and subsequent transition back into the community. At any one time Child Cancer Foundation supports more than 500 families across New Zealand. Our Family Support Coordinators work directly with children with cancer and their families in hospital, at home and in the community. Families often comment about how overwhelming the child cancer experience can be. We are the calm in the eye of the storm. Child Cancer Foundation provides a vital and unique service to children with cancer and their families and receives no direct government funding. We rely solely on the generosity of supporters, donors, volunteers and sponsors.
