Amazing fish and chips and incredibly kind owners. We also get generous portions and the fish is cooked beautifully. We’ve tried a lot of places all around Auckland, and Chip n Dayal’s is by far the best. Highly recommend.

Best fish I had here in this area. Great, crispy batter on the outside and super soft fresh fish on the inside. The pineapple rings are yum as well and great selection of sauces.

As a regular of Remuera Fisheries before it closed down, I have been searching for worthy replacement fish and chips for over a year. My search is now over, as Chip n Dayal's Fish and Chips has won over my empty stomach and my heart. The quality of battered fish at Chip n Dayal's Fish and Chips is above and beyond what one would normally expect from fish and chips takeaways. Nan and Indy are amicable staff, who are very knowledgeable and honest about their products. I cannot wait to visit again, and try all the other fresh products offered here.
