Not helpful at all, took my sister and brother in law there hoping to get some advice about applying for a visa. the lady that had us was very nice however could not answer our queries nor did she really any real advice that we couldn't already find online. she mentioned her other colleague could definitely set us on the right track but they were busy for awhile so couldn't see us and so we left. don't really understand what the point of this department is if only one person knows what they're doing...

Very happy and helpful experience. Lynly was so concerned and so sympathetic with our issues. Good advise and shows you the right direction to proceed.

Great service and advice offered by Janice. She spent a long time understanding my query and answering all my questions. I found the service very helpful and it definitely gave me a great insight to pursue my rights. Thanks a lot Janice for being so helpful

Taken a day off from work for nothing to get some advice from the solicitor. The lawyer they given me to ring don’t do traffic anymore. I found one on website and she was the best in Auckland. Hopeless lawyers in the Manukau areas.

Being part of this organisation I think the volunteers do their utmost to empower clients to find options and solutions for their issues and problems and offer a listening ear on general matters
