Great place to shop (or even just browse). If travelling overseas, you can take advantage of the discounted prices but you can purchase if you want, just at a slightly higher price. They have a good range of known brands sure to satisfy those looking for a quality and GENUINE items. I found the staff both courteous and helpful so would not hesitate recommending Galleria.

Purchased something for myself as Retail (Not Duty Free) and was quite happy with it in general. However, I strongly suggest your business seriously reconsider to restructure your staff to ensure they are motivated and proud of what they do. I see this business is full of Chinese and Indian staff members who are just socializing themselves instead of interests to help customers and I find their word choice on communication is extremely rude. (I believe their level of English is not meeting to work for International customers and can upset customers) I was planning to purchase more Items but couldn't be bothered to ask for assistance hence just purchased what I wanted and left.

I visited DFS last weekend for the first time. The building was so attractive and tidy, boasting a big range of products. Thank you to the extremely friendly Nicole, who recommended suggestions for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. I didn’t purchase anything that day but I will absolutely come back to shop here soon. Did not know the store offered normal retail in addition to duty free. Thanks again Nicole

Pay a visit to duty free shop in CBD Unfortunately because Covid-19 only ground floor is opened for public. Cosmetic stalls are not fully operated Still full of customers thou Very big discount right now

Brought my passport and air ticket along, thought that I can buy the item straight away with duty-free price. But it is not correct. They need to take at least 3 days to deliver it to the Collection Point at the airport's terminal. Anyways they should provide the information clearly on their website...

Great option to shop before you fly without the time limit of a flight in 3 hours. They have a wide selection of brands. But if you want something specific you might need to go elsewhere. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, but the male staff around the watches and glasses feel more like security than there to assist you. The upper level is currently closed and some stores have nothing currently on display or there is no staff to assist you.

I visited T Galleria just before lockdown last week and had a great experience the staff are so professional and friendly on arrival I got a gift voucher from a friendly staff and went to get a wallet, Emma at Gucci was so lovely, she took her time to show me everything Will definitely visit again hopefully after lockdown. worth the visit definitely recommend.
