Would have been better if it has a paywave and not just a parking ticket so that exit would be swift and fast. Instead of going on a long queue at the payment booth. But overall experience is good.
Good central place to park when in town
Terrible customer service and facilities. To be avoided at all costs unless in urgent need. I wanted to support a locally and publicly owned business despite its higher costs but the experience was miserable. If not belted up by ratepayers dollars and it's monopoly of its size and location this business would have shareholders demanding heads. The staff have no idea about the very basic workings of the carpark such as opening hours and yet feign knowledge about these basic questions you ask with ridiculous answers they won't take responsibility for. Also there is zero diversity in the staff demographic makeup there. Nepotism and biased hiring comes to mind. Pretty sure you won't be able to get a job here if you are a local.
Good place to park at down town city Auckland
Teeny tiny car parks but they do have the helpful lights to tell you which parks are available (if you can squeeze in) and the location is great. Have to pay at the machine before getting back to your car so make sure you know where they are.
Too hot and smelly. Alocation though
