They always smile to you. But I wouldn’t say it worth money you have spent . I received treatment there for nearly 4 months. My skin actually became much more sensitive than before. Very sad and very angry. :-( Hope you all can see it before you decide to receive treatment here

This Shop ROBBED my friend! They robbed her rent. Now she doesn’t have money to pay her rent. GIVE HER MONEY BACK ! Shop refused give refund my friend after she lost her job even she hasn’t used any of service! It definitely it’s NOT a customer based company. When Jacinda and our government is doing whatever they can help kiwis under Covid19. This shop did opposite way by rubbing kiwi money. IT’S HER MONEY, GIVE HER BACK!

First of all I do not think I would recommend this clinic to someone. I do agree that the prices for some of the treatments can be slightly more affordable than other clinics around but I would not recommend this clinic. The staffs there seems very unhappy actually pretty annoyed when I asked them if they can check my laser treatment balance. I wanted to check since I bought my treatments over the phone and was not sure how my sessions were left. They told me that it has not been processed into my account (what? not processed after a month?). I came back after four weeks and asked again politely to check my treatment balance. When they checked on the system, few of the laser sessions that I have paid about two months ago was not added to my balance. Why should I be keeping a record of my purchase? And feel apologetic when I ask to check for what I have purchased? And I feel the staffs there are not really welcoming. Most of times I had my laser treatment there ,I feel like they are RUSHING. Yes, I will be going back there since I still have few more laser sessions left on my balance. But I would not return to this clinic after my last session.

I’ve been coming to Clear Skincare since living in Australia and I attend both the Newmarket and Takapuna stores in NZ. The staff are very friendly and fast at what they do. Often I come at lunchtime so don’t have much time to spare. Their laser offers are always great. Highly recommended :)
