If you love oysters, then this place is a must to go. One of the best oysters, very easy to find. You can have them from a food truck or buy some in the shop. Definitely recommend and must visit again. Very tasty, fresh and juicy oysters.

The site has 2 shops. One for selling fresh oysters, which are so yummy. And one that serves meals like the one pictured. My favourite are the tempura battered oysters which go really well with curly fries. Really nice on a day with good weather too

Fresh oysters at a decent price. We have been there over the weekend and there was a bit of waiting time. They do have cooked and natural oyster options with some chips.

Tasty fresh oysters available for dining on the spot or larger trays with ice bags to takeaway. They have various styles including natural, fritter, and steam. Does get sold out by noon so best to visit in the morning. No liquor or beer. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more.

During summer it pays to order online, it's pleasant enough and a nice drive if youre not expecting to buy jumbo and/or large oysters over the counter. The food truck oysters were fresh @ 30 a dozen & the 12 (each) oyster fritter large and both were delicious: Both had jagged pieces of oyster shell throughout however. Take a sunny winters drive & fill up on jumbos instead. Cheers

5 star for the fresh oyster and in house service, 1 star for the van service. I ordered some cooked oyster and waited for almost an hour, meanwhile when I ask how many orders until mine, I simply got "sorry we're busy". Conclusion, if you are patient ENOUGH for the cooked oyster, go ahead. For the fresh oyster, simply go ahead.

Come during winter, when the oysters season. So you can have jumbo size oysters. At this visit it cost 32 nzd for 12 pieces. The oysters taste fresh, juicy, buttery and the jumbo size way meaty than large. The used to have food galley but was closed at time, but they have several park table that you can use to enjoy your oysters. Sails cover some of it just in case it's rainy or too hot. They also served oysters soup and hot pie. You can order online and collect at the store. They sell out pretty fast so make sure you either come early or order in advance.
