Absolutely terrible communication, actually little to non at all, made contact through air bnb had to cancel my accommodation due to a concert cancelling i was a few hours out of the full refund exchange i applied to get the full refund as it stated that i was receiving 403 back but "Jacky" the host decided to not pull through even though i have photo proof, i gave a months notice from the due date that i was ment to arrive except Jacky did not want to participate at all and they ended up getting 450 for absolutely nothing, air bnb were lovely though and said most hosts are usually really reasonable except this one didn't have one nice bone in there body and on belhalf of air bnb they gave me 350. i advise not to stay at this property due to the lack of compassion if something happens that is completely not your fault , not to mention no contact at all, i really hope you enjoy your free 403 because it will come with karma

Warning. This company is scaming people, I saw multiple people given the run around with keys over several hours, I had my baby with me and was left without a room in a strange city. I was refunded in cash. Money moving gypseys.
had booked a room with this company on very short notice, they still manage to get it done with great condition, will recommended.
Booked and paid for a semi penthouse on the 21st floor for a weekend away as the view was raved about. On arrival they had changed our room, without communication, to a floor that had a view of the back road and upon our request for the room we were looking forward to they had given it to another guest. Wasn’t impressed when they tried to put the blame on us for checking in after the other guests, who had booked the room we were in. They offered a full refund for the mistake, but have not issued this and have ignored all of our communication following. Not impressed with the service and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else
