Good friendly team to deal with. I was referred by my architect, and much of the work was done with minimal input from me, which made life a lot easier. With their knowledge of planning, and council regulations, the process was painless for me - I'm not a property developer, so have little experience dealing with councils, so it was good to have somebody to do it for me.
