Stopped by today to buy a colour for my partner and ask for advice but got told that she wasn't here to consult people !!! The weekend must have been rough... So great start!!! made me feel super welcomed !!! After that she refused to sell me color as I work for a barbering company (company that have been buying from them for over 4 years) and that I am not trained to deal with chemical. How can someone tell me what I have been trained for just by looking at me? Anyway... Never going back again,super rude, worst customer service. Will stick to the one on the north shore, a lot friendlier and very helpful.

This place is a wholesaler for Hairdressers, Barbers & Beauty Therapists.Chemical and retail products arent sold to the public because they are at wholesale prices and only experienced hairdressers are allowed to buy hair colour and chemicals as they have been trained to do so.

I have been here a few times ,spent some money here,my most recent experience was not a pleasant one,they were not very clear with who they sell there products to,not clear on why the public cannot buy from them direct,sales person kept on referring back to "it's a grey area" not fully being able to explain the meaning behind her reasoning.the experience left me feeling like I was profiled.wont be in a rush to refer or use there services any time soon.

Not very clear to who they sell their stuff to! After a while grab a few things went to pay, “ you don’t have an account you can’t buy” asked where I could go or any recommend place! “I don’t know of any” Very difficult and unpleasant! Maybe put up a sign saying if you don’t have an account go else where!
