Always good experience when visiting
Not happy with the service, in lockdown level-3 most of businesses are open with social distancing and the place so called safe vault is not open and even there is no email for the closure. Even website still says we are open 24/7 - 365 days. I want to access my locker for important document and can not access it. This is not fair Commonwealth Vault. You should have informed us before then I would have taken it before.
