Excellent clean internal and external dwelling. Client care high standard has improved with each new owner. Family contacted with all concerns regarding health issues quickly. Concord House is to be highly commended for taking my mother at very short notice. They took great care of her and she settled down in her new surroundings. It was difficult for mum to be away from me for the first time in years but Concord House worked very hard to make her feel at home. We highly recommend Concord House and will use them again in the future. Special thanks to Jenni for her dedication to the job of care for the elderly. The room was comfortable and the food excellent.
