Worst customer service I have ever experienced in life The man who answered the phone (must be the one in picture on the page) was so rude. Instead of helping me with a solution he questioned why I had to call on a public holiday. Helllooo?? It’s an emergency didn’t see it coming. Then he told me to hang up so he could look up the number of Consulate general of Samoa in Syd/Canberra and would ring me back but it was only a way for him to escape. How unprofessional, poorest service & unkind. It’s sad that he did this to a kind of his own, shouldn’t we be helpful to our Samoan people regardless of your position?? Now my solution to improve your service for the betterment is, elect someone who is more youthful and have been studying customer service for years. You may be intelligent or however you got the job but you are absolutely lacking at serving customers with patience & core aspects to handle any situation. I think you’re too old for the job and maybe a beer & holiday in Raro would help. Take vacations since life is too short to stress about the responsibilities you can’t contribute in Ps.. Be kind & be honest!!
