Iam so sad to say that the people working there are deaf. Is there a proper phone number? Because I ringed them for 2 days for the whole working hours and no one is there to pick it up. Please update your website if the contact number is changed. How can normal people who doesn't know how to book an appointment online can avail your services. Very very disappointed.

PATHETIC service, NO phone manners. Forget about helping, don't even want to listen my questions, hung up on me middle of the conversation. Totally helpless, I wonder why even bother to answer the phone?

Great service at Consulate of India, Auckland Branch. People are supportive, truly kind, and helpful. They called to confirm whether everyone received their food packets during this difficult time of COVID-19. They organized to deliver the food packets in such a proper way to maintain the rules and regulations of social distancing. Especially, Leena was exceedingly kind and eager to take care of everyone who needed help during the difficult time of COVID -19. she managed everything properly from conforming to the name from the list to provide a reasonable and good quality of food packets to everyone. Overall, it was an excellent service and support from the team of Consulate of India, Auckland Branch. Thank you so much team for helping everyone in this difficult time.

Awesome service! Please make sure you read all the instructions on the website and follow them properly. If you have questions call them and ask them before you go there. The lady at the front desk sorting out all the papers and crowd is absolutely amazing! I’m not sure how she manages to multitask the way she does with all the questions and request being thrown her way. And she still has a smile because she knows she’s added great value, she deserves a raise!
