Obviously automotive industries are still impacted by the current crisis (lockdown remains in some of the Europe countries, micro-chips supply shortage, freight delivery dilemma...etc) which drives the ETA time longer than ever. but it doesn't means quality of customer service will be affected. Me and my friends are here to echo Adrian Au's review below. After viewed the car with him at Continental, we are glad that we didn't deal with them eventually (we just signed off and placed a deposit at another VW dealership instead at Continental, after heard his purchasing experience from Continental, glad we made a right move. It's a bit pity that Continental might think no. of sales is more important than fulfilling customer's satisfaction level, after-sale service..etc, probably that's why they've earned so many 1-star reviews and literally the lowest review rating among other VW dealerships.

Drove in for repairing of a warning light on the dashboard but ended in towing my car away. The timing-chain was constrained and engine couldn't started again after their service but they asked me to pay 5K (at least - very likely more) to fix it. They refused to recover it to its original state and said I was lucky - I might be seriously hurt if I drove a few hundred meters more! NEVER do business again with them.

Don’t buy car from here, get a second quote from else where first before you make your decision. Otherwise you will be regret like me. By far the most expensive VW dealership and very disappointing service and such a rip off. Not recommend and I will not do business with this company again.

Took my car in for fixing light issue. Received no welcome from the service team. They did not even offer to sit or have a coffee while I waited. Car was not vacuumed or washed after fix. I must say this is one of the worst service team I have dealt with. Not friendly at all. Please go and buy from another dealer.

I was very impressed with the sales person we had , Chris Wang. He was very patient to go through all details with us, again and again. He was able to explore our needs and address them specifically. We actually purchased a car not originally what we wanted but what our family needed in the end. I was also impressed with his knowledge of cars from his experiences working in the car services department. Great service! Good job team!!

Booked in for a service and WOF when I picked up my car it had failed WOF and then sent list of things that needed to be repaired when I got home!!! In the past a phone call was made to confirm what was being fixed/replaced when the car was being serviced (same day) and I would leave with a happy car however this week I had to buy new tyres from another location to get the WOF and need to rebook to get the car properly serviced or take it somewhere else!!!My expectation is that I have a safe reliable car for the next 12 months after the annual service - and that a service fixes any faults on the day of booking. I have been a loyal customer since buying the car new from them and only having it serviced here however my loyalty is wavering. In reply to the below comment 1. My expectation was that I would have work done on the car on the day with a valid WOF and the car would be serviced so it is safe to drive until the next annual service 2. It was not a matter of junk email I did not know an email was being sent and the email was sent after leaving the workshop there was no discussion was made about the work needed while I was on the premises or by phone 3. When I asked the service manager how long the quote was valid he did not respond - i do not expect to pay for postage for a replacement part as this cost was not in the supplied quote 4. The car has not been rebooked Please get the facts correct before replying.

What a drag... the service was done hours later than the agreed pickup time, but no one bothered to let me know of the delays, so I wasted hours waiting around. Then it turns out only part of the service was done and they expected me to bring it back for the rest. The quotes for minor repairs and service quoted were far higher than elsewhere. On the upside, the car was washed which was nice.
