Ice was over one hour late for a 400 person event — no one picks up phone on Saturdays so couldn't track them down — ended up going to buy more from another store in a hurry so ended up having double the amount we needed.
Coolit Ice is terrible, they are so unreliable i understand their is a change over period for the new owners but constantly not delivering is just not on i have now been forced to change suppliers and would recommend that any other customers who are having the same issue change suppliers, I have now moved to Polar Ice who are very professional and been very accommodating and always delivering. Sad to say I will not be returning to Coolit Ice any time soon. Cheers Robert
I have had a great service from Coolit - they responded to my request for a large party quickly and efficiently. The person who answered the phone was professional and friendly as was the delivery driver when he turned up - on time - and was very helpful with setting up the ice freezer at the venue also. I will be recommending to all my mates.
Wow now I see why they have a one star... to firstly having rang up and to be greeted with a grunt and no business name , asked any chance if we could get ice then to be laughed out and called “sweetie” we are really busy go to countdown????? What is this business ? I understand busy periods especially Christmas time but please learn phone manners , I’m sorry we cannot deliver today due to high demands would have been a nicer answer . This is the same business we rang up for a private event to get ice and there was a no show , no call no update Terrible !

Please confirm that I will be getting my delivery on a weekly basis because that's what I have been told and lately I have been ringing in every week to follow up on my ice delivery which shouldn't be the case. On the 6th of March 2017 I called in and spoke to Joselyn about the same issue where one week I didnt receive Ice I called in a couple of times and I was told it will be in The book. No one has followed up on it so during the week I had to go buy ice. I have spoken to Joselyn a couple of times about it. At the moment I have got no Ice at all and its now Friday going towards a busy weekend do I need to ring up to make sure my ice will be delivered to me. Called in today spoke to Fiona, she very unprofessional. I never get my bill sent to me on time, its either my bills are pilled up and get sent to me in the last minute. I have been getting my Ice in the past 8 months without me having to call in, and Fiona has mentioned to me today I am suppose to call in every week to place an order, and she also mentioned to me my bills are in arrears at the moment I explain to her its not my fault that Im not getting my bills on time, she continued to talk over me I hope someone will get back to me to resolve this issue please Unhappy Customer.
