One of my regular watering holes - LOVE this place and its location. Bar staff are super friendly and nibbles are pretty decent too. Any place that has my favourite gin is a favourite place of mine. I'd recommend sitting outside or at a table by the windows (it makes for good people watching and fresh air). We're often here until closing time which I'm sure is annoying for the bar staff but they're always so pleasant!

A great place to come in, have few drinks and watch the world go by and still be in the heart of the CBD. The bar manager not only provides amazing service but serves up some of the tastiest drinks around. On a nice sunny day I recommend trying a Moscow Mule and a pepperoni pizza.
I can surely say that this pub is one of the best pub you must come. kind, nice and brilliant staff
Great little bar with a great choice of beer, and very cosy. You could fit 30 people in and they would be friends very quickly.

Super chill, great for a quiet beer at the end of the day. Staff are awesome and it just has that feel of a good local to all those who are dropping by Shortland st.
