Service great in the beginning with my braces. Regular visits with convenient appointment times and lovely staff. Very much let down now as I've waited 9 months for my new retainer with little explanation when I call. Very poor!

Most ppl here seemed to have experienced the same issue… Amazing service when you are on your payment cycle but it all turns to complete custard after the payments are completed. It seems the slower you pay you the better/longer service you will end up getting :-/

My daughter now has a lovely straight smile:-) Craig and his team are really friendly and patient. He explained all the steps along the way including a detailed treatment plan and pricing. I am delighted and so is my daughter.
