Great centre with doctors who are very attentive and give you as much time is needed. I always leave feeling listened to and although it is a bit more expensive than some they provide high quality of care. Our family all go here. Reception staff have always been helpful. The nurses are angels, very caring and lovely people.

Very professional staff who took good care of my elderly friend in his 90's. Sound advice. Genuinely caring and considerate people. There is wheelchair access. There's a ramp from the carpark up into the building, with a pharmacy onsite also. It is expensive, even with a Community Services card, but you are paying for quality service. The reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because carparking can be an issue, depending on what time of day you attend. It is a busy place, but people are treated in a timely manner.

Whatever you do, don't go to Nazeeha Bajoory-Kettoola. My appointment was at the end of the day, and when I got there it just seemed like she didn't want to see anyone anymore. She didn't bother finding out what I actually had, just listened very briefly and constantly cut me off. Then she gave me antibiotics that don't even help me in the slightest. Terrible experience, now I have to find another doctor and go through the process all over again.

They seem to have a revolving door for GP's and doctors. I was with them for nearly 5 years. I was a registered regular patient there. They keep changing my assigned GP and it's a different doctor every time I go see them. The GP's I've been assigned to keeps leaving the clinic and a new one takes their place every 6 to 12mths. It became very frustrating when I have to explain my medical problems and repeat my medical history to a new doctor every time I go there. And the new GP doesn't show any attentiveness when I'm trying to express a particular medical concern, probably because they know they're not going to stick around for very long. I finally had enough after 5 years of going through several different GP's and left their clinic to another clinic that was several suburbs away.

The doctors are great, unfortunately that doesn't justify the fees (25% additional admin fees on top of consultation fees on my last 3 minute 24 second phone consultation total bill of 75). Nor does it justify the rudeness of the admin staff every time you try to make a booking, who act like it isn't their job to book you in or help you find an appointment. Edit: The comments below from Crawford Medical do not reflect the truth. Two weeks from my consultation has not yet passed and still I recieved an admin fee. Also I had to request the bill 9 days after the consultation, as they did not issue one. Crawford, you'll always be two weeks in arrears when you don't issue bills in a timely manner.

our appointment was at 11:00 am. were were told to come to the medical centre no clear instructions that it was a seperate building across the street. this resulted in our arrival at 11:05 instead. upon arrival we were told the appointment had to be cancelled because we were late. it is as if their time is more valuable than ours !. They make patients wait for 30 minutes but they do not want to wait 5 mins for patients. Extremely unprofessional, money hungry policy. absolute disgust and disgrace to the medical profession

I was very disappointed with my Crawford's experience.I went for my Saturday appointment and I was 6 minutes late and the staff were very short with me and said they would only have time for have time to treat the wax in one ear and I would have to make another appointment. I did this and went back today and was kept waiting for 16 minutes after my appointment time.I had to pay another 31 As I was told it was a follow up appointment this was on top of the 56 I paid on Saturday. I suggested I felt this was unfair and it seems there are rules for Crawford's an different rules for their clients. I guess the only thing I can do is avoid Crawford's in the future
