Crest have been incredibly responsive to requests over the last year, and we have a great (and consistent) team looking after our offices. They have also linked us up with other suppliers for goods we needed over the various Covid-19 alert levels, to keep our team working safely here and on external sites. We are extremely happy with the cleaning at our office, and despite having another company pitch for the business we elected to stay with Crest. Like others, I too am very surprised at the ratings and comments on here and can only assume we have their best account managers and teams working on our business.

Met the Master Franchisee and checked out the documentation and the proposed contract. Received the quote which was higher than we had anticipated however following the poor results of the previous two cleaning companies we decided to give Crest a go. Met the cleaning team and we were impressed with their appearance, equipment and professionalism. The cleaning started in August and the results are fantastic. Far better than the previous cleaning companies. Thanks Crest.

More than 2 years with Crest Clean and we only made 2-3 complaints till more recently. However, for the past 6 months the Schedule of Tasks are routinely missed, never used their own books to confirm their completion of work, the cleaners were only doing a fraction of the contracted clean. After speaking with the manager to rectify months ago, things have not improved. Never wiped sills or disinfected handles as contracted or use equipment as agreed. Then today the site manager who made an appointment at 9am, called less than an hour before to change. Then when he did come, when I showed him what they clearly missed, wiping 4 flat services showing the dust, he merely said, we can no longer do this site and will hand the keys back. Total disappointment. However, maybe this is the service for the Auckland CBD rim, but cannot recommend Crest after poor cleaning methods and then to hand the keys back after 2-3 years of working together, unprofessional. There is a reason the GOOGLE rating is so low.

Extremely abrupt, rude most Managers who handle this business. They all look cheerful in pics, with awards. How did they get awards, beats us all!! When you contact them they seem to "careless", treat you like dirt!! Terrible experience and service, we do not recommend Crest Clean at all !! We agree with the rest of the feedbacks is genuine about their service also. This co. doesn't deserve 1Star, should have "negative - 5stars - negative"

At time of signing up with Crest Clean, we were given a Schedule of Task of all the things they will clean. But I saw the cleaners were only doing a fraction of the tasks. I showed cleaners the Schedule of Task and they said they were never given this list from their supervisors. From then on, it was a consistent run of disappointment. Emptying the rubbish bins and vacuuming was done, but not the dusting, cobwebs, glass cleaning, desks, sanitizing of door handles and switches.. all that stuff that makes you want to buy into their service, but you're only going to get very very minimal. Three visits from the auditor didn't make any difference unfortunately.

Poor quality of service for both cleaning and customer service. Don't be fooled by the "professional" sales people and uniforms. After a series of issues and admitting the cleaning was not up to scratch over a period of time, enforced contractual notice period to make us stay for another month.
