The coaching offered immense value. My issues were listened to, analyzed, broken down methodically and a deeper understanding into the root cause was achieved. To see this happen over four weeks was really insightful and I looked forward to each session. Every session offered something new. Some of the tools for self analysis will surely help me in my future career journey. Taking this course has also given me a great deal of clarity. However, like any other endeavor, one must make sure they approach this course proactively and self effort is required. There are no shortcuts. Wholeheartedly recommend this course!!

Pratik is genuine and understood my position. He guided me through career exercises designed to deepen understanding around future career direction. I can use these over and over again to further target my career direction myself.
Pratik strives to get to the root causes of my problems in order to deal with the cause, rather than just giving tips and tricks to deal with the symptoms. He is realistic about the long term nature of overcoming my challenges, and has given me the space to question, clarify and challenge his ideas. Overall, I have observed the beginnings of positive change and overcoming.
