Absolutely AMAZING! 10 out of 10 outstanding customer service. Love their work. Super fast, packing and moving professionally, well organized. such a great team work Mark and Kevin. One of the worst experiences with any company I have ever dealt with. I've had my microwave completely smashed in, including the display and door, which won't open. 1 item is still completely missing from their inventory and 2 large pieces of my water blaster are missing. My supposed 'moving manager' which whom my move was assigned to in Auckland failed to respond to any communication (phonecalls and emails), which meant that I had to chase up for every update myself. The sales team are excellent at getting you to sign up, but their service of being a moving company is pretty poor thereafter. Having paid a decent sum for the move, I am now several hundred dollars out of pocket after having to repair and replace my items. I would avoid Crown at all costs. EDIT: It is not my responsibility to follow up your company with feedback, and if you did a little more research, or contacted someone within your organization, I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to "find me in the system." Frankly I'm quite tired of the back and forth with Crown and having to chase them up. It seems that if you don't take their outrageously expensive insurance options, you are basically up the creek without a paddle because they aren't liable if your items get damaged. It's quite funny that all items that I packaged myself arrived safely and in one piece but 3 items that crown packaged on the day were either broken, damaged or missing altogether.

Crown relocations are an excellent service. They have a system wherein a move manager is assigned to your move and this works extremely well. They are very helpful and guide you through the full moving process with great care and expertise. Their movers are extremely friendly and skilled. They are very helpful and ensure the loading/unloading of your goods are done with great care and put you at ease throughout the whole process. Highly recommended. Definitely 5 stars - premium service.

Crown Relocations shifted me from Dunedin to Bay of Islands. From start to finish they were excellent. Every item was carefully prepared for the shift and everthing arrived in good condition. Staff were professional and helpful, especially Max and Paea. I totally recommend Crown and would use them again.

I moved my family belongings after my parents passed away from Poland to New Zealand in Nov 2020. I was in Poland at the time of arranging all this and despite the distance, time difference as well as Covid restrictions, Debbie was able to coordinate it all so amazingly and arrange the pick up with other local company during the challenging pandemic times. The initial quote, answering our questions about the paperwork, insurance details etc - all was completed and provided to us to the highest standard. The goods took some time to arrive but the service we received along the way was outstanding! In Auckland, Max and Frank delivered our goods and unpacked it all for us including reassembling the furniture and placing it in the locations we wanted around the house. They handled it all with such great care and were very respectful of all the things that they were unpacking. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend Crown Relocations Auckland NZ team.
