Very bad service. The lady at the counter with the reading Glasses didn’t make any effort to help fix my drying of the clothes as they got stained while i was using the dryer. She said I’m making a complaint which no one has complained before. I know It is from a Faulty drum slides which has what stained and left black lines on my clothes. I’ve been going to this laundromat for years and this Is appauling service. Least I could have got was please Leave me ur number and we will get back to you or Offered a free drying service or help fix the solution. This is not the kiwi way. Don’t treat people like ur in a village in the islands or some third world county.

Facility is pretty dirty, the toilet is even worse and the guy who served me when I was in there the other night needs to learn the meaning of customer service. Never again will I step foot in the place. The new launderette on Flat Bush School Road is so much better, cleaner and cheaper.
