I am not impressed by Crystal Panelbeaters and their service. I was referred to them by my Insurance Company, State as a Gold Star Provider (unsure how?) Firstly, I had to go back multiple times because they did not have my courtesy car ready and was not notified. I had a small dent on my bumper and a minor scratch which should have been 2-5 day-job max). It took them MUCH longer. I called in between to follow up on my car and was told the car was getting painted and the person assured me to wait for their call as it wouldn't be long. I was kept completely in the dark with no interim communication from their part. Five working days later, I got a call at midday while at work asking me to pick up my car by 4:30pm THAT day or I would get fined 70 each day for the courtesy car. I was told on Friday afternoon that I had to pick up my car within a few hours?! They did not give me any notice whatsoever to arrange a pickup! The lady that spoke to me was beyond rude, felt like she did not want to be there and rushed the call as if she was eagerly waiting to hang up. I would give 0 stars if I could.
