These people are so disorganized. We have had to wait 3 months to get rails changed over. I waited 5 hours for an installer to do our job and they never turned up! You're lucky if anyone at the office calls you back. The people in the office don't know what they're doing, they can't take your phone number and details correctly, and they can't answer your questions like "why didn't the installer turn up". Once you pay for the job they forget you're still a customer, and they think it is acceptable to wait 3 months for the job to be done correctly. I would advise people to shop elsewhere!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Curtain Studio. We ordered custom made curtains a month ago. We had a sales consultant come out to measure and quote the job, we needed them ASAP as we have a baby who's needs a dark room to sleep, and guests coming to stay, she told us that it would be a 12 day turnaround to installation, and that we needed to pay that day so this wouldn't be delayed. We paid promptly and we were assigned a job manager, Lucy. Lucy repeatedly ignored our emails, and finally apologised for the wekk delay blaming this on a third party business that supplies their tracks. The tracks were due to arrive Friday (over a week late) and she scheduled a Tuesday installation day, as the tracks were not arriving until Friday afternoon. When I contacted Lucy on Friday for an update on the tracks (2 emails, 2 phone calls), I had no response. I managed to get hold of a manager who informed me that they in fact had the tracks all along, however the curtains had not even gone to production yet. She was extremely apologetic for the unacceptable service we had received. She assured me she would follow up and expedite this order for us and follow up with me the following day. Of course we never heard back. So I have phoned again this morning, and spoken to somebody who has updated me that the curtains will in fact not be installed for another 10 days, and that the manager will phone to update me what's going on today, it's 5pm and of course I haven't had a call. I have never received such disappointing level of service, do not touch this business, I know that you can find quality suppliers that offer a service at the same price, I only wish i'd gone with one of the other quotes.

Asked for someone to come and measure blinds. I showed him at the start of the appointment the 2 angled windows needing Roman blinds (also showed him the same windows with blinds in another room) and then I showed him the stairwell windows which were going to be tricky in terms of access and one window which had angles. After slating north shore homes, he decided that it was too much work and said they wouldn’t do it! I reckon if they can’t do difficult jobs then stay clear, they’re clearly not professionals!
