Beware sizing and do your own research about which products and size to purchase. The advice provided by the sales rep resulted in a helmet that was too large once broken in. Will stick with YouTube and revzilla moving forward.

made 2 phone calls to this place to find out the price of a new tyre, both people were rude and couldn't even give me a ball-park price range. thankful i didn't waste time visiting in-person
Appalling Service and really Bad attitude. Ordered Pair of Riding Gloves 3-4 weeks ago. I actually drove 17km to the Store because the sleepy fella said I had to pay upfront. Took approx 15mins to get the order right and then he says I ll contact you when it arrives - no payment required!!! Well no call received to date and so I gave them a follow up call. Chap asks me - Who did you speak to? When did you order it? Did you get an order no? It should be in the system under my name. It was an extraordinary effort to capture my details at the time of placing the order, surely they must have entered it correctly? After a long wait on tel....guess what? I ll be ordering online! The only reason I do this is to support the local stores as opposed to ordering online which would have been far more efficient and less costly process. Why treat customers that want to support you so poorly?
After long battle, found place where I can replace the bike tyre. Great price, prompt service... no more long wait..
